Instead of developing products that arbitrarily focus on only one characteristic of hair, AESTELANCE takes into account the various scalp & hair conditions, textures and styling requirements. It's all about balance: well-balanced hair on a well-balanced scalp. It is keeping and having healthy, beautiful hair under the ever-changing situations caused by age, environment, styling habits and chemistry. It's trusting your hair and scalp to an AESTELANCE-trained and caring professional hairstylist and colorist to determine together which AESTELANCE products best suit your needs and wishes. Mission

"Keeping the beauty business in the beauty salon." It's a commitment the company has demonstrated since its inception, and the founders have pursued for over 30 years. AESTELANCE is 100% devoted to creating professional products for the salon industry. It is not found in drugstores, department stores, cosmetics stores or supermarkets. The business policy is clear and determined - exclusively sold to and by salons.

About the company

It was developed by Peter Kerschhagel, who has devoted his life to the beauty industry. After working in salons across Europe and the US, he partnered with a European firm to introduce a new hair and skin care concept to the US market. In 1992 he developed ÆSTELANCE, exclusively for the salon industry which has provided him with a lifetime of experiences and success.
