ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once order and payment are accepted, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. Unfortunately, this means no changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

ORDER ISSUES AND RETURNS

If you encounter any problems with your order (not received, damaged or defective, etc.), please click on the contact us form, located on the following link https://aestelance.com/pages/contact-us

In the instance the product arrives damaged or defective, provide the product SKU number in the contact form. A photograph proof of the damage/defect is required (email photos to info@aestelance.com).    

We will try and address the issues as soon as possible, typically within 3-5 business days.  

SHIPPING

In the United States your order will arrive in approximately 2-7 business days. At this time, we are unable to offer an expedited shipping, and will work to get your orders to you as quickly as possible with our carriers of choice, UPS, FedEx Ground and United States Postal Service. We ship Worldwide. 

Once the order has left our warehouses, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.
